Lectures

The Belgian Financial Forum organises several dozen lectures a year, in different cities throughout the country, on economic and financial subjects. Usually key figures from the economic and financial scene conduct the lectures.

Most of the lectures are held outside office hours. They focus on a presentation lasting about an hour, and are generally wound up with a reception, which provides an opportunity to strike up informal contacts.

Some events organised by the Financial Forum are free of charge, but for others, a small fee is charged to bear the cost.

The Forum also occasionally organises seminars, which last a morning or afternoon or sometimes all day. Since they provide a more general overview of a particular subject,  usually several speakers join in.

On this website, you can find the full schedule of lectures and seminars organised by the Forum, as well as the specific agenda for your region. You can also register here for each event.

The Forum is accredited by the FSMA, IEC-IAB and IPCF-BIBF as an organiser of training. Several events organised by the Forum qualify for the continuous training of financial, accounting and fiscal professionals.

If you would like to keep up with the lectures and seminars organised by the Forum in your region or elsewhere, please fill in the registration form.

Speeches and proceedings of some past lectures are stored in the archives section.
